Members Of The CF

As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces you have a special role to play. On top of the suggestions that are mapped out for our civilian friends you can volunteer to be one of the contact points for a school in your neighborhood. Ideally it is the school where your own children attend, or perhaps neighbors children. You may have official responsibilities elsewhere on the actual day, but many of the requests from schools are for a uniformed member anytime during the week of Remembrance. There are always more requests than members so move up and fill a gap.

Go through the chain of command and talk to your unit commander about becoming the central contact or OPI for your unit. Reach out to us through the contact page and let us know you want to help.
